We offer same-day service in most Miami-Dade and Broward areas Monday through Saturday. If you call before noon, we can typically schedule a same-day appointment. Emergency service is available 24/7 for urgent pest situations.
All products we use are EPA-registered and approved for residential use. We typically ask that children and pets avoid treated areas for 30–60 minutes after application, until the product dries. Your technician will give specific guidance based on the treatment performed. We also offer low-impact treatment options for particularly sensitive households.
No. We do not require contracts. Ongoing protection plans are available monthly or quarterly, but you may cancel at any time with no penalty. We earn your continued business through results, not locked agreements.
We offer a 30-day guarantee on all treatments. If the target pest returns within 30 days of your treatment, we return and re-treat at no charge. No questions, no debate. Ongoing plan customers receive free re-treatment between scheduled visits for the life of their plan.
Pricing & Plans
One-time treatments typically range from $149–$350 depending on pest type and property size. Ongoing protection plans start at $49/month (quarterly) or $79/month. Termite treatments are quoted separately after a free inspection. We provide flat-rate pricing before any work begins — no surprises on your invoice.
Yes. General pest control inspections are free with no obligation. Termite and WDO (Wood-Destroying Organism) inspections may have a separate fee for official written reports required for real estate transactions — ask when booking.
Yes. We offer financing options for larger treatments including termite treatment and structural fumigation. Plans are available with 0% interest for 6 months and extended terms up to 24 months. See our financing page for details.
Termites
Signs include: mud tubes on foundation walls, discarded wings near windows and doors (swarm season is Feb–May and Oct–Nov), hollow-sounding wood, blistering or bubbling paint, frass (small dark pellets near wood trim), and visible damage to wood members. Any one of these warrants an immediate professional inspection.
No. Standard homeowner's insurance in Florida excludes termite damage as a "preventable" condition. This makes regular inspections and prompt treatment critical — repair costs are entirely out of pocket. Our 1-year structural warranty provides documented coverage for re-infestation after our treatment.
Roaches
Possibly. For American cockroaches (large, reddish-brown), a single sighting may be a stray from outdoors. For German cockroaches (small, tan/brown with two stripes), a single sighting almost always indicates an active colony — they are rarely alone. An inspection will determine the extent. Don't wait.
Total-release foggers (roach bombs) disperse insects rather than eliminating them. The product doesn't penetrate harborage areas (wall voids, appliance interiors, cabinet hinges) where roaches nest. It scatters the colony deeper and makes professional gel bait treatment less effective because roaches are now repelled by the spray residue. Professional gel bait reaches the harborage and eliminates the colony.
Rodents
Roof rats — the most common rodent in South Florida — are excellent climbers. They access attics through gaps in the roofline, HVAC penetrations, eaves, and utility lines. Entry points can be as small as a quarter (1"). Our exclusion service identifies and seals all entry points with permanent materials after elimination.
Yes — and this is often the first sign. Scratching, scurrying, or thumping in the attic at night is a strong indicator of roof rat activity. Rodents are most active at dusk and dawn. Don't ignore these sounds; by the time you hear consistent activity, there's typically an established colony nesting in your attic insulation.
